Amazon Mark my Product as Adult Category

Hello Everyone,
We are selling in the Home Organisation category in Amazon Uk but in the last week Amazon mark our product as Adult category, we have opened a case and tried to explain this is not our category, we are simply selling in-home organization category.

We have removed all the word’s synonyms antonyms is referring to the adult words now our listing is updated but still we are unable to advertise.

What is the best approach to remove adult tag from our listing?
