Selecting 'accept charges & confirm shipment'

Hi, I’ve completed a shipment to Amazon however when having to select “accept charges and confirm shipping” it won’t allow me to select it. I’ve ticked the “accept terms etc” so I don’t understand why it is doing this. I’ve done many previous shipments with no problems
