How to claim existing listing for our products sold under generic brand or wrong brand?

Hello,

Recently we decided to register our brand on Amazon, start selling direct and manage listings for all our products as we found many of them have wrong/uncomplete details.

For many of the existing listings our products, we found they are listed under Generic brand or wrong brand, which stop us from being able to sell the products, or to amend the listing to correct details.

For example ASIN ‏ : ‎ B0BHPPTD9M is listed under Generic brand and many more

Further to our conversation with Amazon support, we were advised that we have to open an infringement case from brand registry.

When we try to do that, none of the available option under copyright infringement or brand infringement reflect correctly the case.

Could you please advise what are the correct steps to take ownership of these listings, or to get them closed/removed so we can list the products again with correct details?

Best Regards,

Team Navitas
