I personally would stick with ups
I found lately its taking 1 to 2 days depending on warehouse for delivery - after that, its the processing time that’s taking longer
Just because you pay for next day with a different courier doesn’t mean Amazon will allow them to book a delivery slot next day

It really is the luck of the draw here.
I’ve had it take up to a couple of weeks or so to get stock live before now.
But I sent a truck load in yesterday, and it was on sale in the early evening. Literally about 8 hours from pickup.
Which courier you use, has little to no bearing on this. As long as you use good couriers. What takes the time, is how long it is to be received.

It doesn’t make any difference. You can ship today by UPS and it will be ready for Amazon tomorrow. However, what makes the difference is whether or not Amazon can receive it. If you follow the tracking for FBA you will often see that even though it is ready to deliver the following day, Amazon cannot receive it. It all depends on how busy the FC is. Take a look at the scan for one we sent yesterday. It was ready for delivery first thing this morning but cannot go yet because there is no capacity. Usually, the delay is only a few hours but it can be several days. UPS national hub is at Tamworth so everything goes through there, regardless of the FC.
