A-Z SCAMMER!!!!
Amazon has given a scammer access to the A to Z Guarantee.
The T-Safe policy indicates that the order is ineligible for a T-Safe Claim because the customer initiated an A to Z Claim!!!
Come on, Amazon, it’s time to revamp the refund policy… there are too many scammers out there!

We are also losing safe T claims. We are being sent different items back, we send a picture of what we have received & Amazon then ask for more information. What can we add? We had a different item returned & that's all there is to say.
In the old days, when we had control of returns I do believe that because most sellers are honest it cost Amazon too much. Now they charge us to return & they get a percentage, they are making more money this way. Also, the customer & Amazon don't lose anything, as always it's the seller that loses.
With all of the other platforms out there, sellers & consumers have a lot more choice. Instead of chasing sellers away, they could protect us

we are having the same issue and all the orders have valid tracking with point of delivery photos! no notifications for me just finding out all our hard earned moeny and items are just being given out for free even when tracking shows the item is delivered! called amazon about it and they cant help so they are throwing our money away behind our backs!

Exactly. Many people are doing on purpose and may be giving service to competitors. I have seen reviewers who leave only negative reviews.
