Error 5461 when listing my brand name
Hi,
I am a new seller and have been trying to list a new product with my own brand name. I have already been approved to use the brand name (error code 5665 was resolved) but I am now having error code 5461 and have to submit a new application.
I seriously do not understand what the issue is since I have been approved to use the name by the Amazon team?
Need help!

First, please find the Error Code 5461 and approval requirements help page for assistance with troubleshooting. The second paragraph starting with "If you encounter the following error message..." will provide more insight into why you are receiving this error.

To sum up, you have been approved to list your brand name and now you need to show that the product you are listing (since it has never been listed before) is an authentic product of your brand.
As per the approval case for listing your brand, review the section on GTIN exemptions as well because if you have already received a GTIN exemption, you should list via the "list products," button in your Selling Applications dashboard.
