Qestion about double seal for liquids less than 4.2 Oz

Our product is a non-dangerous good and less than 4.2 oz Glass bottle with liquid. When checking the prep page on Amazon, a double seal seems to be only required if there is no additional bubble wrap or polybag. However, when I click on the video on the same page it says that all liquids require a double seal.

I am a bit confused about that :)

Could someone please clarify and help me out? - would I be fine if the bottle is in a six-sided packaging box, sealed with a sticker, and prepped in bubble wrap?

I would prefer not to have a shrinkwrap as it is required with high heat and a thermal seal is not an option since it is a dropper bottle.
