I am a female entrepreneur selling dropshipping on Amazon and my account was closed on 08.10.2024 due to a product that I never sold, only listed in my inventory. I have sent more defenses and documents on the subject than I can remember, but I am sorry to say that these mails are never read and I am constantly asked for invoices. First of all, I would like to ask how can I send an invoice for a product I have not sold?
I do dropshipping and I list the products. Then, if my customers order, I supply the products from Amazon.com, send them to my intermediate warehouse, and my intermediate warehouse checks the products and delivers them to my customers.
