trademark misuse violation

I have Hot Wheels Brand approval, but every time i go to list something hot wheels you remove saying suspected property violation. This issue has been going on since December 2023 every time i speak to an advisor i get the same answer 'Oh yes i can see you have Brand Approval, but i can't see an issue' I try to list again and Amazon flags and sends a trademark misuse violation, they then remove the listed item and puts a mark against me. I don't know why i am bothering to put this in community chat as nothing anyone says actually works. Amazon Staff have limited training it seems

Are you using the barcodes on the actual product to list?

I seem to recall in the past that some Hot Wheels goods use the same barcode across a number of different cars (like mystery blister packs?) but you wouldn't in theory be able to create multiple listings for the different cars.

It may well be the brand of car that is the problem. If you are putting in the brand of car such as Audi, Porsche etc it could be this that Amazon are picking up on.

As far as Amazon are concerned you have Brand Approval for Hot Wheels but if you mention a Car Brand in the listing they could see that as wrong.

In the Suspected Property Violation it should tell you what brand name it is complaining about.

As daft as it sounds you may need to look at saying it is 'For' or 'Compatible' with the car brand to get around the Amazon Bots. The other alternative is for Hot Wheels to provide a licensing agreement to show they have the rights to use the car brand name.
