Amazon still not recognizing 2d barcodes for validtracking rate

This is an ongoing issue with amazon, my valid tracking rate is 60%. All of my items are sent 2nd class large letter through click and drop which automatically uploads the shipping to amazon. I've checked on VTR report and all of the items showing as not having valid tracking have the correct barcode which works on royal mail.

This is an issue i've ongoing, my account has even been deactivated for it previously but appeal is won as they can see that all of the items have valid tracking uploaded intime.
