Amazon lost my goods and still won't compensate them
Amazon lost my order. I've provided my invoice and Amazon's POD receipt for this, and I've submitted two lost shipment investigations for this, and the customer service always finds different reasons to refuse to compensate for my lost shipment, which is not responsible at all, which is really disappointing.

10546433902 and 10535433072 Both IDs are investigative reports about the shipment, and the agent refused to pay for my lost shipment for different reasons
