Hi, @Sakura_Amazon_ please have a look into it.

Hello @Seller_vf7d0eq5mZhGu,
I understand the situation with the A-to-Z claim on order 026-3347101-2709146 where the customer claimed the package did not arrive despite delivery confirmation and photographic evidence.
To strengthen your appeal, I recommend submitting a valid Proof of Delivery (POD) that includes a recipient signature. A valid POD for A-to-Z claim purposes should contain the delivery address matching the order, the delivery date and time, and most importantly, a signature from the recipient or someone at the delivery location confirming they received the package.
While photographic evidence of delivery is helpful, Amazon's claims team gives significant weight to a signed POD because it provides direct confirmation that someone at the address acknowledged receipt of the package. Without a signature, the claim may be upheld even if photos show the item at the location, as there is no confirmation that the intended recipient actually took possession.
I recommend contacting your carrier to obtain a signed delivery confirmation if one is available, and including that in your appeal along with the tracking details and any other supporting evidence.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our Seller Support team.
Kind regards,
-Josh
