Search Suppressed - Missing Info that is there
Hello,
We have a lot of SKUs which are ‘Search Suppressed’ for missing information like Color, Size, Description, Department. All of the information IS supplied on the listing, when I select Edit Listing the info is there, I have tried to re-enter the information countless times but it is like Amazon is not reading it.
I have opened multiple cases with Seller Support but to no avail. Has anyone managed to get this resolved, if so please could you explain how?

Make sure that the Country of Origin field is now filled in, so it will be accepted when you re-submit.

I have just been having a bit of a delve around in the various things in inventory and have discovered a whole load of items that are Search Suppressed - no wonder they have never sold !
The crazy thing is they are all books, yet the reason for being search suppressed is due to ‘Footwear sizing is required but not supplied’ !!!
Another is asking for ‘colour and size, and colour map’, yet others for closure type, such as zip, buttons etc. 
- ALL for books.
I have checked and they are all listed in the correct category, so what is going on I really do not know.

I was just about to create my own topic on this same subject when I saw this had already been posted.
As it is quiet I thought I would go through my search suppressed items.
First a pair of slippers - asking for sizing info. Fair enough. So I click on each field and select an option from menu given. Box stays red and I am told attribute is invalid. Errm - but I am selecting an option from the menu Amazon has given me - how can it be invalid?
Open a case with Support. I tell them the ASIN and send a screenshot of the problem. They come back and ask me exactly what ASIN I want to amend and to send them manufacture info to prove the changes I want to make are correct!! I tell them I am not wanting to make changes but that Amazon is asking for this additional info but will not accept anything I enter from the list of options given to me by Amazon. I am awaiting their response.
Next item - a dressing gown. I am told Colour and Colour Map are required but missing. But I already have the value ‘Black’ in those fields. I re-enter Black and still get told the attribute is required but missing. So I delete Black completely so the field is empty - and guess what? The box is no longer red and I am allowed to save the item. So in this case when I enter ‘Black’ I get told it is a required attribute but missing but if I delete the entry so it is missing - then this is acceptable!!!
You really could not make this up lol
