FBA shipment has been deliveryed BUT status "IN TRANSIT"
Hello, my cargo agent told me ISA number: 192859008992, they said my FBA shipment: FBA17Y4L2DPW, has been delivered to the Amazon warehouse on 10 May , but my FBA background status is still: In transit, it has been more than 8 days, WHY the shipment status did not become Delivered or Checked in ? Can you help me consult the FBA staff? Appointment ID: 192859008992 ... Can someone help me?

Don't worry about tracking information on Amazon. It's not reliable. If your carrier said they delivered to FBA, then it's probably there waiting for it's turn at the dock. Assuming you shipped LTL, sit back, relax and wait. LTL shipments can take several months before they are received.
