Buyer left negative product review on seller profile

Hi,

Last year I had a customer leave a negative product review on one of my products. I appealed to have it removed and it was removed from the product page. The customer then left the same exact words on my seller profile, and that 1 star negative feedback has remained and was not removed despite many requests from me to remove it. It is obviously, and by definition, a product review, and should be taken down. It is my only negative feedback and hurts my seller account and my business.

I do not understand why it was not removed. Please help me. Thank you.

Thanks for the post, @Seller_MvGnt2QOM5Dca- and for including details so I could view it from my end.

There are only certain use cases where Amazon cam remove seller feedback comments. In short, they are when the comment includes personal information, profanity, or the entire comment is a product review with no reflection on the services provided by a seller. This comment does raise questions about the authenticity of the product, which is considered a service provided by a seller. Further, the system prevents feedback removal comments after 90 days, and I do note this comment is from February of 2023.

I apologize this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but there is no path for removing this seller feedback comment.

I appreciate your understanding,

Danny
