EVRI or ETSY?
We use evri or amazon FBM orders, buy shipping labels through evri.com, and bulk send.
Recently they lost a couple of parcels when we ask to lodge to item lost claim. They keep saying we need to contact Etsy, then Etsy to contact them.
We never used Etsy and have no account with them. How we could contact them?!
Has anybody had similar issues?

its probably just a copy and paste from the customer complaint previous to yours
if you are buying direct from Evri, it ‘should’ be easier to claim

Yes, I agree. They just repeat the previous email.

I’d vouch for using Parcel2Go, you can get Evri on there. Claims team, live chat and someone to ring.
