Listing perpetually suppressed. Please help!
I have been pulling my hair out over the past 13 days dealing with my top ASIN being suppressed due to main image non compliance. The Amazon bot randomly decided that our compliant main image is somehow now non compliant and I have not been able to get the suppression lifted for 13 days despite trying everything I can think of. I have tried over 20 different alternative images of the product. I have tried a completely different product. I have tried older photos that we had used for several years without problems. I have tried waiting 48 hours after making changes like seller support keeps suggesting. Nothing is lifting the suppression. I am not sure what else to try and seller support has not been able to fix this either.
It seems like Amazon has changed their image bot algorithm sometime within the last few months to be a lot more aggressive so the previous posts on this subject don’t seem to be as relevant. Has anyone had this issue recently and figured out how to fix it?

Yes, as it’s been suggested, please supply the photo.
However, I can empathise with your situation. I have some current listings disabled where Amazon bots decided (incorrectly) that the images were non-compliant. Trying to get Seller Support to understand seems pointless.

Having exactly the same issue as you! I have 9 product variations which all use the same main photo in different colours, 6 are fine and 3 have been suppressed for nearly 2 weeks now. Have tried cropping, reuploading, different photos, waiting 48-72hrs but nothing has worked. Did you get anywhere with deleting the listing? Worried what will happen to the fba stock…new to all this, these are my first products!
