Help me please Acconut
so i was just looking at opening a account to start sellng and was going through the steps of adding my documents and stuff and then after i uploaded my documents went on to next it created accont took £30 pounds out of my account without me confirming i wanted to open and to top it all off it says my account been deactivated before i have even done anything can anyone help me with what has gone on because this is really strange to me

Perfectly normal for the account to be deactivated when first registering, as they need to check and verify all the information you have given them.
The £30 is for the Professional Selling Plan monthly fee, which you must have signed up for (which is NOT the same as a Business Seller Account).
You can downgrade the plan until you are able to start selling so you do not pay any more fees - you can upgrade again once everything is in order.
Go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - Account Info - Your Services - Manage, and downgrade to individual plan.
You can request a refund of unused fees as long as you haven’t sold anything, by opening a case with seller support (Help). This is at the discretion of Amazon.
