Amazon EU EFN Listings Inactive - "Export Restrictions"
I wanted to see if anyone else had encountered this issue and made any progress with Amazon.
For context, for the last few years, I have sold my products FBA and have primarily stored inventory in the United Kingdom for fulfillment throughout Europe.
Recently, the EU EFN listings for several of my products, including my two highest volume products, became inactive due to “export restrictions.”
These products are CE marked, a responsible person has been appointed, and the brand has been enrolled for EPR purposes. There are no WEEE considerations. I have an attestation letter from the manufacturer stating that there are no export restrictions. Additionally, as further evidence, the manufacturer imports some of his own direct sales into the European Union daily as well as has other resellers/distributors based throughout Europe.
I have opened multiple cases with Amazon and dealt with many different representatives. They will not provide specific information regarding the “export restrictions.”
Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Amazon? Any advice?
Thanks!

Hi - Yes, I am experiencing this also. I have 3 ASIN that are not connecting, yet show "exportable" in the FBA Export report. Bizarrely, 1 of the ASIN is active and sellable in DE yet not in the other EU3. Last sales on one ASIN was June this year and then, suddenly not.
I have raised a case just now and added all BIL reports for regions and the UK Export report.
However, one ASIN has been in seller support for months now and is going no where (BIL and Export report for that ASIN already uploaded to that case), so I'm not holding my breath.
Still having issues?
