Account at risk - link to another seller account found - .nl
Hi,
I need help. I have been an active seller in uk, and EU for over 6 years now with no problems. This week I got an email from Amazon.nl saying my account is at risk as they have found a common link to another active seller account in another country.
They have told me the name of the account which I recognise. I am based in the UK and the manufacturer and brand owner of my products, and sell my products at wholesale to this other company/seller who is in another country to distribute. I have previously given this seller permission to sell my brand registry products by adding them as approved seller to my brand through Brand Registry.
I have explained all this to Amazon and have shown evidence that I have added them as approved seller to my Amazon Brand Registry, and shown them tax invoices of my company in the UK supplying goods to them. Amazon are not accepting this, and not giving any proper reasoning to not accept.
I have in no way got two accounts, and I am in no way connected to this other seller/company other than selling wholesale products to them.
Surely this is common where the manufacturer supplies goods to others across the world who then end up selling the products on Amazon?
This is really worrying me, as I understand that if .nl becomes inactive it will affect my UK and other EU accounts?

There is no prohibition on being associated with or even operating multiple accounts if there is a legitimate business reason to do so.
The caveat is that a problem with one account will likely affect all.
Are you aware of if this second account has been deactivated/suspended for some reason?
