Problems verifying my phone number ley inform

Hello, today the option to verify my phone number only appeared within the "Call me" option, but it does not work in the same way. I live in Venezuela my prefix +58 and my phone number are fine but it still doesn't work it indicates "An error has occurred. Try again later".
Please, I require your help since it is the only thing that remains for me to validate to comply with the informed law and I only have until July 7 to be able to verify this my telephone number.
I have been trying to solve this problem for more than 15 days and they still haven't helped me solve it.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'd first like to apologize for your frustration here. There have been a lot of things going on with the roll out of the INFORM Consumers Act and realize it all hasn't been very straight forward.
