Cancelling a Buy Shipping Label - How now to ship?
I have just used Buy Shipping on todays orders.
One of the orders was for something that can usually go Large Letter. What I did not notice was that the customer had purchased 3 so it now need to go as a parcel.
As I had bought a Large Letter label I have cancelled the label.
But the item is still in my Shipped tab. I was expecting it to go back to Unshipped so I could now buy the proper label. Is it not possible to change a label once bought?

go into edit consignment > Scroll down and you will see the buy shipping button in yellow. Click that and you and re-purchase a new label.
The cancelled one will still show on your manifest (if you have a linked account) and print it off at the end of the day

its usually in and around the re-confirm shipment button. i think it normally comes up at the very bottom, under the pricing info. Its misleading as it still shows all the previous tracking information

OK. I marked this as a solution but now its thrown up a different problem.
One of my customers upgraded postage to SecondDay. When they do that I send Tracked 24. When I bought shipping Amazon gave me a normal RM24 label. So I cancelled the label, went into Edit Consignment, Clicked Buy Shipping - but Amazon will only let me purchase Royal Mail 1st or Royal Mail 24 Parcels services - not Royal Mail Tracked 24.
It says I am not registered for that service - but this is a wrong as I also send some items SFP (for which I have to send Tracked 24) so Amazon knows I can use Tracked but it wont let me select it.
Again - I have used my C&D account to buy the Tracked 24 label instead.
Another bug in Amazon - they should do metrics on their own bugs in the system lol.
