Seller defect rate

Hi my seller rated is 1.83 for such a long time. It says it will be there for 60 days. Unfortunately when I ask reviews from customers, none of the reviews come in. Only bad reviews so that is caused that rate so high. I have all fba inventory and sales which has 0 percent defect rate.

What can I do to change this. There are saying it will continue like this until 19 Janaury, 2025. I am loosing out on all buy box / feature price and my fbm sales are almost zero. Can anyone help. As amazon is just giving me BOT answers. It is frustrating to work so hard and we get affected by these things.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have seen with your metric issues. I understand the concern given the attempts you have made to try to improve the situation. I know this can be frustrating and do want to provide some insight to better assist you.

The order defect rate will track your A-Z claims, negative feedback, and any chargeback claims received. It will look at a rolling window of 60 days, with a 15-day delay in the reporting. The only way to remove an impact to the metric would be to dispute the origination.

For example, if you receive an A-Z claim for an order, you would need to appeal the claim to get it removed from the metric. If you are unable to dispute the issue, you will have to wait for the issue to fall out of the window.

The best recommendation will be to monitor the metric closely and keep track of the issues that are contributing as this will be important in the event our team were to ask for more details. This type of request would only come through as a performance notification.
