yes same thing Sunday 35 items and woke up today to another 25 of them , this happened last year although smaller adjustments and they resolved after a couple of weeks. Still waiting to hear back myself and seems others all in the same boat

I'm extra charged between 26/04/2026 and 29/04/2026. These new charges have now affected a total of 347 parcels and have caused financial losses of £1,028.88.

Hello @Seller_B2qpRykhkXuQc
Thank you for raising this, and to everyone who has shared their experience here. We understand how concerning unexpected shipping charge adjustments can be, especially when they appear across multiple orders.
We'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support team for the affected order IDs along with screenshots showing the charge adjustments from your Payments > Transaction View, and a breakdown of the original vs. adjusted amounts. The more detail you provide, the quicker the team can investigate.
If the initial response doesn't resolve this, please follow up here with your Case ID and we'll look into it further.

Evri is fraud. I had the same issue last year. I used Evri for some FBM orders and after couple of months I received surprised charge as 'adjustment' for under paid postage. All the items were well under 1 Kg. I opened the case with SS and as usual did not get any help. I also emailed Evri and after months and months of wasting time with them, issue was not resolved. That was the last time I sued Evri.
They do not have any contact number to talk to someone. On emails they come back after a week every time. Better to stay away from Everi and find other better courier.

I would never use Evri due to past bad experiences when they were hermes and likewise DHL who were foolish enough to merge with them.

Hello, Sellers. Thank you for your questions about shipping rate adjustments.
We are continuing to share questions with our partner teams and will follow up here with any updates or information about these adjustment charges. In the meantime: Amazon updated its rate card for shipping services for Evri, which may have contributed to the adjustments you experienced.
When you purchase shipping through Amazon Buy Shipping, we provide a provisional cost based on the current rate card and the shipment information you provide. The carrier (Evri) then reviews each shipment and makes adjustments in accordance with their surcharges and service classifications. These adjustments are applied by the carrier based on their own pricing policies and surcharge structures.
For the itemized breakdown of the surcharges, exact service reclassifications, and detailed pricing logic you have requested, you will need to contact Evri directly, as they are responsible for applying and explaining these specific charges. Amazon processes the adjustments as provided by the carrier, but the carrier maintains the detailed breakdown of how each surcharge was calculated.
You can view the current Evri rate card and shipping services fees here: Shipping services fees: Evri drop-off services.
Please note that Evri applies adjustments for larger packages.
