Is Royal Mail tracking down for everyone else?
As title, for the past couple of days when I try to track 24/48 items I get - “Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later”

Thanks to you both. I’ll email Royal Mail and ask if there’s a way to track and if they have a fix date

I have had intermittent problems for a few days tracking some items…there does seem to be an issue.

I couldn’t put an order in for mail supplies a couple of days ago, told me the website was temporarily unavailable, when I called their help centre he did put the order in but clearly wasn’t happy about it, despite me telling him that I’d tried on 2 different browsers, in 2 different places, on 2 different operating systems and then as a 3rd on my phone he basically told me there wasn’t a problem.
But then he also told me that I was extremely lucky for not having to wait over 10 days on mailing bags when I told them they regularly came in 2 days (they arrived today…)

Yeah obviously some gremlins in the background, maybe they’re affected by the heat instead of water

Had a reply from the complaints team saying they are aware of the issue, but at least as of when I got my reply on Wednesday:
"I understand you’ve been experiencing problems with our website specifically the tracking system.
We are aware that there was a technical issue but this has now been resolved."
They seem to think the problem is fixed.

Strange reading all the comments, as its been working all week no problem, maybe its a browser problem, all our machines are Apple, so we are using Chrome and Safari both of which seem to be ok (I hope I don’t live to regret this statement)

Been having this issue on and off for the last few weeks between Windows PC and MAC, nearly every time there is a Chrome update it fails, when I sniffed the data the server is rejecting the request causing a problem, Firefox and Edge do not seem be be as bad but Chrome is more susceptible, its not related to cache & cookies, the nearest I have come to finding a pattern is if you log into OBA or the finance portal or shop during a session it will fail, and clearing the cache and cookies will then resolve it. I have an open ticket and the last update was that it was to do with the Extensions Implementation and that they are working on it, the only noticeable change is rather than a timeout it now says there is an error please try later so I guess they are monitoring the exceptions as typically the ones which failed do work a few hours later.
