FBA return marked as customer damaged, customer reason was damaged by courier

FBA return marked as customer damaged, customer reason was damaged by courier

No reimbursment from amazon for an unsellable item. If customer reason is that it was damaged by courier is this amazon responsibility and should i be reimbursed? Thanks for any help
