Amazon Delivery not being accepted: Amazon Reference ID not active
Hi All,
FBA Seller been shipping into Amazon for last two years.
Have an issue whereby my forwarder has been trying to book in a delivery into Amazon for last two weeks and the Amazon booking system keeps coming back stating the Amazon ID reference is not valid.
I have had SS FBA Shipment Team look into this and they tell me they have reopened the ID,the PO, changed the Shipping STATUS etc but still to no avail. The forwarder cannot book in the delivery. What complicates things I have no direct line to the forwarder its done through the overseas factory
I have 500 units now sitting in storage and unable to ship into Amazon warehouse.
Has anyone else had this issue before and what was the fix or any way to get this shipment in?

We’ve had this issue recently , although our situation was easier to manage as we are shipping locally. The Amazon Reference ID was invalid on a large FBA pallet delivery, after numerous responses from Seller Support without any sucess , despite the shipment details showing correct and valid, we rebooked the FBA shipment using the same FNSKU details, and simply changed FBA booking to a new one with new Amazon Reference ID , changing the pallet labels etc, the product labels and quantities stay the same, the pallet labels need to change and the booking in slot changes as a result of a new booking. We have only encounrtered this situation once.
