Inventory Delivered to FBA Warehouse 10 Days Ago – Still Not Checked In

I wanted to raise this here in case Amazon staff could kindly look into it.
My recent FBA shipment shows as delivered to the warehouse almost 10 days ago, but the units are still not checked in and available for sale.
Is there any reason for such a long delay at the warehouse? Normally it takes only a few days. This is affecting our sales and inventory planning, so I’d really appreciate if someone from Amazon could confirm what’s happening.

same here. 11 days for a parcel, UK domestic to Amazon FC. Still not delivered, not received. Affecting performance and profitability

Unfortunately I've got a shipment outstanding from over a month ago still not checked in.

Hello @Seller_TNvQf4n6ZIe05 @Seller_Of4tJ5sT3sR4k and @Seller_4EIYRFeYuCnvT, sometimes the receiving process takes longer if the FC is receiving a large volume of shipments at once. 10 days is within the normal receiving timeline.
If you continue to see issues with these shipments, let me know.

Thanks @TaylorR_Amazon, shipment FBA15KR9JSTD was delivered on 27/8/25 at 10:09.
POD has already been sent in, but keep getting canned response of it's not yet eligible for investigation until it's checked in!

Hmm.. I don't see it marked as delivered on our end. There may just be an issue in syncing data between the carrier and FC. Can I see your case ID, @Seller_4EIYRFeYuCnvT?

Thank you! I see that your case was just escalated within the last 24 hours. After the team has completed their investigation, I may be able to escalate further. Be sure to have the required documents ready, including a pickup or drop-off receipt from the carrier.

Hi @TaylorR_Amazon,
The case has now been updated to state that Amazon has no record of receiving the shipment and to take it up with Fedex. I have a POD with signature from Fedex, so this is clearly showing it has been lost at the warehouse. Can you escalate further please?
