A2z claim Granted- Tracking says delivered

Hello all

I have posted from UK to France with Hermes and tracking says item was sucessfully delivered. Customer file a2z and it was granted by Amazon.

I have appealed against the decision and my appeal was rejected. I don’t understand what to do now because tracking clearly says item was delivered.

Please can someone help me because I do not ship a lot to France and my account may be affected because of this one a2z claim. I need somehow the decision to be reversed because it clearly says item was delivered :frowning:

Was it delivered on time and was the tracking uploaded at time of order?

France site, my UK and all other accounts are with almost 0.0% defect rates.

I planned to start posting FBM orders from UK to France with a asin listed in amazon FR. It turned out to be not a good idea so I stopped it but then I have got this one a2z claim and now my defect rate is high and it will even go higher in the coming days because of the 60 days time window :frowning:

even if it stays 100% defect rate for few weeks?

I have stopped selling FBM now and the defect rate will be 100% for few weeks at least.

I have been using Evri European service while RM were managing their cyber attack.
I have noticed that Evri stating delivered is not always to the end user, it often means that the UK leg of the journey is complete and the package has been handed to French courier (usually Colis Prive for items I sell).
You should check the tracking using the Evri reference at globaleco dot app forward slash track. This will show who they handed it to and the French reference with a link to that companies tracking.
The Customer may be correct in not receiving it.
Btw, Amazon do not strike you off for 1 A-Z. I had a run of lost parcels during Brexit that meant I had 3 for France at one stage and they took no more action that warn me.

Hello @pdiyou,

Do you have an option in the banner at the top of your Account Health page to take a quiz?

Regards
Nickolas
