seller selling counterfeit

I am writing to report a seller that goes by the name A2Z DISTRIBUTION CO, they are offering counterfeit products under ASIN [B0CXWJQ74S]. I purchased the product and received a counterfeit item. The product received is different from the product detail page.

Evidence: Attached are photos of the item and links to customer reviews mentioning counterfeit products.

This seller is violating Amazon's policies and harming customers. Please investigate and take appropriate action.

Thank you,

hi & bye

You should report them to Amazon and let them know.

I reported tons of sellers selling fake products, amazon did nothing.

Sold on amazon may or may not be counterfeit. Amazon does a poor job of policing. Many times, punishing the wrong seller.

Amazon admit it. If a counterfeit sells amazon makes money. Now amazon saying they are your selling partner. That sounds counterfeit.

I have had this happen to me. Amazon usually does nothing just like another commenter stated. As long as Amazon is getting their 15%, then Amazon really does not care.,

Did you report this through your buyer account? Interested in what Amazon's response was that way.

And if you alerted the brand directly, so they can go through their channels at Amazon to have the Seller removed.

I have many frustrations with Amazon, but when I do test buys of my brands being sold by unapproved sellers, and report the violation to Amazon, Amazon has been quick to suspend them. So I'd think if you warned the brand, they would want to protect their brand (if they know how or haven't given up)

What I don't understand if how someone with such awful reviews can still be selling on Amazon? If I had even one of these, I am certain I would be deactivated! Can someone explain?

I guarantee you, if the brand owner gets involved it will have immediate impact!

How many sellers are just trying to reinvent the wheel selling supplements? There is probably some youtube guru selling this idea to hopeless (hapless) individuals.

This is a seller trying to get another seller booted off a listing, look at his previous posts he sells the same line of grey area products.

A screenshot of reviews means nothing.
