Is it immediately coming back or taking a few days?

If it is immediate it will most likely be a bot that is not liking the format.

Try submitting this a different way and ensure that you haven't provdied it as a screenshot.

In your account you should have the option of printing the document as a pdf. Choose the print option but then select the printer and print to PDF.

Once you print this as a pdf you will get the option to save the actual pdf document You then upload the document that you have saved. Apologies if this is what you have already done, but some just take a screenshot and then send this in and they don't accept screenshots. Sending a PDF is like sending an original document so cannot be tampered with.

Hello @Seller_0oHKd0HndKnYP

I notice your account is showing active, are you still having troubles? As per previous seller mentioned you can try to change format, also make sure bank information is showing exactly the same as account information, system is very sensitive.

When adding account details, there’s no option to include the IBAN directly. However, Amazon seems to verify the IBAN during the process. For UK banks, the IBAN is generated using the sort code and account number at the end. In contrast, international banks like Revolut follow a different pattern, and their IBANs don’t include the sort code or account number. I suspect this might be the reason for the verification failure. I’ve decided to switch to a different bank account. If anyone has experienced something similar or has a different perspective, please share your thoughts.
