Problem printing Amazon labels for DPD

i have a problem printing DPD labels with Amazon Prime.The printer is CITIZEN CL-S521.The labels print fine from DPD direct so the problem can not be DPD .Anyone came across this one before?

I just fixed a problem where only the barcode printed and no other information on the label with the very same printer. If this is your problem too, go into the printers settings and change the paper orientation by 180 degrees. this does not affect the dpd labels and allows the prime labels to be printed in full.
