Our EU Amazon accounts are deactivated due to association with our USA account. unfortunately we lost the email address associated to USA account as we never logged in through .com

we always login UK account and manage all orders here for all marketplaces. now we do not have access to USA account and we requested, emailed, called Amazon to provide email address so we can address the issue but no one is helping.

what should we do or who should we contact.

Ash here to assist. It has been understood that you need help on the account reactivation which has been linked to another selling account.

Did you register any global selling account in any other regions?

Unfortunately, you wouldn’t be able to close or delete the other account until you resolve the account violations.
