Customers not receiving free returns label

We are having some customers that are not receiving free returns labels even why they put “item is defective” its just providing returns address label. All our returns settings are correct including "i want to provide prepaid shipping label when eligible and in amazon policy. Spoken to Amazon customer service’s who as usual did not understand what i was trying to say and put it down to customer not being abele to print label.

thats because they have temporarily suspended the RM returns labels as they were unable to provide VAT invoices

you need to send your customer a returns label if its a seller fault return
