Could you please provide the exact details behind the deactivation and clarify why it happened? I would like to know the cause of the deactivation, under what conditions it occurred, and what steps we need to take to reactivate it. there are no details in performance notifications and there is now support from Amazon.
Please let us know what requirements are necessary from our side to resolve this and reactivate the account.
