Product Compliance Requests - re-submitting documentation

Hi. Amazon have requested over 300 product compliance safety documents for toys we sell on Amazon. So far we have submitted over 100 ASINs. Many have been accepted but some of these we have had a reply to say that they want another image of the product. These applications are still showing as UNDER REVIEW. I have now taken an additional photos of the product but I don’t seem to be able to re-submit them to the application If I attach the photo to the ASIN case log which is marked as ‘Action Needed by You’ I get a reply to say I need to go to the original ASIN listed in the Product Compliance section and click the ‘Provide Documentation’ button. However when I go to this screen the ASIN has the box ‘View Appeal’ and there is no option to re-submit or add a document to the original application. When I submitted the first few documents Amazon rejected the ASIN and I was able to re-submit the correct documents. Now when they tell me I need to submit another document they are keeping the application as UNDER REVIEW which means that I cannot see a way to re-submit these documents. I am very frustrated and going round and round in circles. Can anyone help?

I have got the same problem,

When replied on case that I am not able to reupload documents as the buttons are greyed the answer is:

I have also discovered that I am able to start process again from 0 on other marketplaces,

I believe no one know the answer…

I have the same. Frankly it is ridiculous. I’ve asked them to change the status but the message just gets ignored and the response is the same - to click on the Provide Documentation link, which of course you can’t.

It is a troublesome enough process to follow let alone it being made even more difficult by the workflow not working.

I also have the same issue, going round in circles. Unable to resubmit, all fields greyed out on View appeal form. Tried to enter information in the Case, but rejected and pointed back to the Compliance Documentation Requests form.

Well Ive been asked to submit this documentation for a dressing gown I sell as Amazon have deemed it a toy and no matter how many times I ask them to explain why they think it is a toy I just get the same message back asking me to supply documentation that I cannot get because it is not a toy.

I’m in the exact same situation - they’ve told me to re-upload the documentation, but I physically can’t because it’s under review still so won’t let me upload anything.

Less than a week from my deadline and I haven’t had a response in ages to the case. Don’t know what to do, this is by far my best seller and I have lots of stock heading into Amazon.

Not getting anywhere at all with seller support or replying to the case, but not sure what else I can do?
