I'm hoping someone can help! My account has been stuck in verification since April 7th, 2024. I created the account back in January and was able to successfully sell some items, but there was a disbursement limit of 15,000 which I must have reached. This triggered the additional verification process.
The problem is, it's been over two months now, and I haven't heard anything back from Amazon about the verification status. My funds are still on hold, My inventory fees are becoming costly with the amount of stock with FBA and it's becoming quite frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced a similar delay with verification ? I've submitted all the required documents, so I'm not sure what the hold-up is.
The last I received was,
"Hello,
We are currently reviewing the information that you have provided. We will contact you as soon as we have completed this review or if we need any further information.
We cannot give you an exact deadline, but our team is working hard to complete verification as soon as possible.
The Amazon Payments Team."
If anyone has any advice on how to expedite the verification process, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
