Are the standard royalmail services showing such as normal 1st & 2nd class?
I believe the tracked 24 & 48 are only available through amazon buy shipping if you have a royalmail business account linked,
It's annoying that they do this as tracked 24 & 48 are available direct from royalmail to the general public

Give up fighting-use Rm business click and drop-its creating you an extra step when you dispatch orders but thats the only way its work-
I suspect some areas in the UK-probaly your as well-is "black listed" by amazon because RM cannot keep the 48 hours delivery-Bway 48 tracked service the 48 hours is only promissed is its not guranteed.this maybe also an issue.Sorry I couldnt help more.

Agreement with , we exclusively use click and drop because our negotiated Royal Mail business rates do not show on Buy Shipping, and thats for tracked 24. 3 weeks now no resolution, which is annoying because we want to apply for SFP but the standard rates on buy shipping are not feasible.

HI there Sellers,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns. In some instances some carriers may not appear on Buy Shipping as they may not currently meet the shipping expectations for a number of reasons. Amazon regularly tracks and reviews carriers to ensure that they can deliver on time. You can review this policy and troubleshooting options on the Missing carrier or shipping method in Buy Shipping help page. Thank you for your understanding.

just stop using royal mail click and drop business account. we only just seen our invoices and prices, we though it would be cheaper. but it appears that having a business and spending 20k with them a year means that you pay more than just buying one post via your amazon dashboard.. we are being charged at least £1 more and in some cases we can get the postage label for £2 less..
check what your being charged.. . they are a sinking ship... i know this is off the topic a little but hope it helps

There are three different faults being reported here as if they were one, and they don't share a fix.
The first is a platform blip: the Royal Mail services vanish for everyone for a few hours and come back on their own. If yours cleared the same day, that was it, and nothing you changed fixed it.
The second is Amazon's own filter. Buy Shipping hides a method when its on-time data for that service and route falls short, which is why Tracked 24 can disappear while 1st Class stays — far fewer parcels go on the tracked service, so a handful of late deliveries moves that percentage much further. Amazon's help page "Missing carrier or shipping method in Buy Shipping" is the one that covers this, and nothing on the Royal Mail side will change it.
The third is account-level allow-listing, where Support confirms in writing that the ship method code itself isn't allow-listed for your account. That one doesn't clear on its own and it is not the same case as the other two — it needs the Buy Shipping carrier-integration team, not Seller Support.
Quickest way to tell which one you have: if the service is missing for you while sellers shipping from elsewhere still see it, it's the filter. If Support has named the ship method code to you, it's allow-listing. If it came back by itself, it was the blip.
