I recently started using 'Add Products via Upload' method to add new products, but every time I upload the file, all seems fine, the status is: 'Done' but it looks like the row for parent gets ignored - and when I open the summary file, there's error 8007.

When I want to add a product with 2 variations, I create a parent SKU (in column 'Contribution SKU') and add this SKU to the 'Parent SKU' column (for each variation), but what actually gets created is 2 separate products!

Please someone tell me how to do it properly.

I have recently been successfully added as a secondary user to a Seller Account. The primary user has granted me all permissions, but I still can’t add products or contact customer service for example.

Is this because my account is still being verified? I can’t find any proof of this.

Nowhere on the internet can I find how to add this. I can't open a support case because I have no listed ASINs (because I can't figure out how to add the required warning). As usual amazons assistance is nowhere to be seen.

Anyone know where to add this to products?
