Supplier shipped my order using the box labels for an old order giving a different Amazon warehouse as the address

My supplier which I have used for a long time now and did many shipments with for the same product has made a bit of a mistake. I always ask them to prepare an order and then I send them the label. This time however they were a bit too enthusiastic and shipped it before I sent the box label to them, just using the box labels I sent them the previous time I did an order. Not ideal but hoping I can get it sorted with Amazon or DPD (the courier) it is being shipped via sea so will arrive in about another 50-60 days now. Would DPD even be able to help? And how would I go about contacting Amazon? They have so many different ways to contact them for different things om not sure which to use.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated, thanks.

my experience is to wave goodbye to that shipment as it will either be rejected at the warehouse or booked in and then not be able to be match up to their systems.

your best bet is to try and get it diverted by the transporter rather than waste time trying to make amazon understand the problem.
