We have temporarily placed your selling account in an inactive status
Could anyone clarify this for me please. We have not used our account for about 4 years. After logging in recently we then received this email.
We have temporarily placed your selling account in an inactive status.
To reactivate your selling account, verify your account and update your credit card information in Seller Central.
I added new card details a week ago and the account hasn’t reactivated as the email states. I still have the message:- Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon)
I sent in a support ticket yesterday and Ive had the following response:-
Upon investigation we found your Compliance ID Verification Status to be Pending Thresholds.
Pending Thresholds -Your account (including the Primary Contact or POC, Business, and Beneficial Owners) is rated to have a Low Risk level. You can list and sell up to a certain value of disbursements before completing the KYC verification process. You have either reached this limit OR
You are triggered for KYC review no later than when you reach the soft-limit threshold of €10000.You need to complete KYC.
Presumably we have triggered a KYC review as the account has been dormant. We have sold a few hundred pounds worth of products when we used it last so we are no where near the 10k threshold.
I have full green ticks on the KYC page so I cant complete anything as per the reply in the support ticket.
Do I just need to sit and wait until they get in touch?

The account hasn’t changed and there isn’t a warning regarding those on the page. Should I remove them and add them again?

Ive added a debit card as we don’t have a credit card. Is that the problem? It says active next to it. I dont see any where that is says Valid.
Yes, Ive added to all sites as well
Yeah, everything is still in place with green ticks. Ive scoured the account, everything is all valid and correct.

As I mentioned at the beginning of the thread.
I am fully verified.
I have all green ticks on the KYC page so I cant complete anything further.
My bank account, VAT number, Credit Cards and UTR are all verified as well.
Any other advise please?
