How to deal with Refunds when Buyer received the product, but denied to return the product

A buyer purchased a product, after 2 days applied to Return as the Product was “No Longer Needed”. But it was already dispatched and AMZ automatically Refunded the Product amount to the buyer + deducted the delivery fee as well. But when the product was delivered to the buyer and I contact them to start the return process, they refused to return the item and now not replying to the messages.

How can I get back my refunded amount or cancel this refund process ? Thank you

This is strange that they would do that, as they should only do it if the buyer opened an a-z which they shouldn’t be able to before delivery date - although this is amazon !

Is this SFP? If so then you’ll be able to file a Safe-T claim for the item if it isn’t returned.

Otherwise - if normal FBM was it dispatched late? Usually you wouldn’t get a refund on an item unless it was already in some form of dispute.
