Amazon won't show size guide

We sell a clothing product, that comes up very big and so we get a lot of exchanges or refunds. The listing wasn’t started by us and so we can’t control the pics, even though we have tried to include a size guise pic.
Nowhere does it tell you the measurements for medium, large etc.

We have tried to ask Amazon but as usual get no joy!

Any ideas on what we can do?
