Account balance disappeared
Hi last night at one o’clock I requested a transfer of funds, now my account is at 0 instead of 10000 .same problem in holland. usually account balance updates in 15-20 minutes
but not this time and of course the seller support can’t tell me anything.
Has this problem happened to others?

Without stating the obvious it will be at 0 as you’ve disbursed the funds ?!
Have you checked reports - payments - disbursements to check its status

I should have 10k instead the transfer of a part and the funds made them disappear

It tells you on the disbursements tab how much has been disbursed even when it’s pending so is that the 1k you expected or 10k?

About 1000 for transfer 9 as non-transferable funds,this is the strange thing, it seems that the system is blocked and has not proceeded with the correct transfer

After 24 hours, all deposits are still pending and my account is still at 0.
Has anyone requested a payment in the last 24 hours?

Your best bet is to wait and see how much comes to your account. Don’t worry too much, money won’t just disappear, it is probably a glitch showing the wrong balance. Also check your transactions to see if Amazon have charged you for anything or made adjustments.

Exactly the same happened with my balance. I have an ongoing case, apparently, they are investigating.
After my usual daily disbursement ( I do it every day and it’s only a small % of the balance), I received the usual email.
Later on, the balance was all gone and the disbursement is not showing on the disbursement page, instead, the whole balance is showing as processing, and today’s balance is starting from 0.

Same thing happened to my balance too as it is showing 0 while Disbursement page is showing:
Not Available (Processing) for the 2nd last disbursement and last one is Open status.
Looks like some overnight process hasn’t run successfully. Will give it a few hours to settle.
