Fix Listing Issue - Product requires approval to sell - HELP!
Amazon Handmade Seller - I'm really hoping someone can help me as I'm just getting exactly the same copy and paste response from Seller Support whatever I say!!
- Successfully applied for Brand Approval to sell under my brand name (not Brand Registry, as a 1 person - v small turnover - company I don't have a trademark) on 6th Oct (had previously done this last year, but for some reason it had disappeared since then!), have been adding new products since then, a few a day.
- Suddenly yesterday my new listings (and edited listings too) start showing "Inactive - Fix listing issue > Offer was removed > Request selling approval for policy compliance > Reason: Product requires approval to sell"
- Contacted Seller Support (#11608899932) and they said the approval provided for the brand had issues and I needed to click Request Approval, so I did this but it was asking for proof of my purchasing the Branded goods that I'm trying to list. But it's MY Brand, I'm a Handmade seller, the Brand Owner (I've owned the .com and .co.uk domain for 17 years), I make the products and sell the products (dog collars/bow ties/bandanas), I don't buy them in, so I said what am I supposed to submit as I'm the manufacturer??
- Next 2 responses I've had are just copy and paste responses from Seller Support with absolutely no help for my actual situation - "To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, certain products cannot be listed or sold on Amazon or may be subject to additional requirements because of supply chain authenticity risks. Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors. If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add products" feature in Seller Central."
I've been selling on Amazon Handmade for over 6 years in Pet Supplies / Dog Collars, and nothing has changed, I could list my products with no issue 2 days ago, and then suddenly kaboom "you can't list anymore"!
Any help would be greatly appreciated! :'-(

TLDR: I understand that the Brand Waiver has been removed for Handmade sellers for whatever reason, but I've been selling my Handmade Brand/Products on AH for 6+ years, got Brand Approval (again) to sell under my Brand name recently, started listing new designs with no issue, then this was apparently suddenly revoked a couple of days ago.
Seller Support essentially said I need to supply invoices of purchasing these Brand products to be able to sell them, I asked what I could send since I'm the Brand owner/Manufacturer of these products (maybe invoices of supplies I use, my Brand labels perhaps?) but I'm stuck with a copy/paste response from them now instead of help.
Hmm, that wasn't as TLDR as I'd intended..... :-/

Good Morning @Seller_Ac8FjSrRsf92w,
I wanted to stop by to let you know I have reviewed the four ASINs that were flagged on CASE ID 11608899932 and it appears you should have no blockers to list those ASINs.
I then took a look at your account and see that you were able to add the listings, however it seems you are missing finishing up the offer on them as I see the 'Missing Offer' notice on ASIN ending in SGWB as an example. Specifically on that ASIN, it looks like you were working on listing a variation under Size as the variation type.
Feel free to let us know if you run into any other issues listing your products or you may reach back out to Selling Partner Support at anytime. Have a lovely weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
