Amazon seller Repay Fees
Hi,
I’m wondering if anyone has come across this problem and could maybe offer a solution. I have been accepted to sell on Amazon Handmade, but had to opt for the Professional Seller Account first. I have had 2 monthly fees taken out of my credit card, one in March and one in April for £39.99 and £40.10 respectively. I contacted Amazon Handmade for a refund since I have been accepted for Handmade, but they say they cannot help me as the fees are not showing up in my seller dashboard.
The amounts have definitely been taken as it is showing on my credit card balance online. They say that as the amounts are not showing up in the fees section of my seller dashboard, there is nothing to refund!
Any help would be appreciated.

Neither of those amounts are the UK professional selling plan fee (£30)
Have you signed up for a global account or have you bought anything on amazon ?
If and when they do take the payment, it should be automatically refunded
