Amazon has changed the price of our product

Last night I noticed that someone was able to purchase one of our products for a considerably lower price.  We list the product for £5.88, but Amazon automatically reduced the price to £1.80 creating a huge loss for us.  I have been able to amend the price back, but has this ever happened to anyone?
