Will someone help please
I recently signed up and was charged £30 then had to change my account as I am an individual. I was told by Amazon my £30 would be refunded. 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I tried emailing but got a confusing response. In my account I see the £30 as a credit but there is now a £60 charge showing as Expenses!!! Does anyone know what is going on? And can you steer me to a page where I can email somebody at Amazon? PLEASE. Thank you.

You have to go into your account setting - left hand side - manage services (or similar) and downgrade your account from Professional to Individual - this stops further monthly payments. Amazon cannot and will not do this for you (even if they said they would, it has to be yourself to downgrade). Have you already done this?
If you have already requested a refund then its just a matter of waiting as they are overrun with new sellers and their queries.
