Read onlyIs there any Amazon staff that read these threads that move in a different direction to Seller Support?
Unfortunately as understanding as Seller support appears to be and their willingness to help they can't.
We have two different A-Z claim issues that need addressing and we can't move forward despite having clear evidence that we have been wronged.
You're wasting your time - sadly. No-one from Head Office will ever show their face on the forum. You could try the MD - managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, and you need to quote the case number you have opened with Seller Support.
