Hello Amazon community support. I’m writing as 3 of my 20 Vine reviews just inexplicably disappeared. This is frustrating as they had gone through the moderation process and had been showing on my listing for some
time. Is this a glitch that will correct? Will I be refunded the fulfilment fees I paid to Amazon to send out these free units as part of your programme? Very disappointing and undermines trust in the Amazon system.

Thank you for reaching out. There are a few reasons why Vine reviews may no longer appear on a listing. Reviews can be removed by the reviewers themselves, by Moderation specialists if they don't meet Community Guidelines, or by Trust specialists as part of routine integrity checks. Merging and unmerging of ASINs is also known to cause review loss.
Per Amazon's Vine terms and conditions, Amazon cannot guarantee the publication, display, or content of reviews submitted by Vine Voices. The Vine program itself cannot modify or remove reviews, as those decisions are handled by separate teams.
I'd recommend checking if you've recently made any variation or ASIN relationship changes, as this is a common cause. If not, I'd suggest contacting Seller Support to inquire about the specific reviews that disappeared and to discuss any potential reimbursement related to the Vine fulfillment fees.
